Which Shapeoko should I buy?

The Shapeoko 4 is around 80-90% of the performance of the Shapeoko Pro, so there’s not a bad decision to make between the two.

Shapeoko 4 uses V-wheels for lower cost and lower maintenance.

If you’re going to use it intermittently, or if you prefer a less expensive option, then grab the Shapeoko 4, the V-wheels are lower maintenance than the linear rails.

BitSetter Included

Shapeoko Pro uses high-performance linear rails for added rigidity and cutting performance.

If you’re going to use it all the time, or you’re the ultimate tool nerd, grab the Shapeoko Pro as long at the price difference isn’t a problem for you.
