CBOT-DXPLUS
This rock-hard constructed 3D printer has dual 3D print heads. It comes along with a semi enclosed building chamber with see through walls. The Plus is the large version of the CreatBot DX Dual-extruder 3D printer. It offers more height. Furthermore, CreatBot DX Plus has a heated glass 3D printing bed and a Bowden style extruder. This superior quality extruder has the stepper motors positioned at the back of the manufacturing machine which results in a light weight extruder head assembly enabling high speed 3D printing.
The CreatBot DX Plus 3D prints beautifully in PLA and ABS* as well as other filaments. Use high-tech filaments including soluble HIPS and PVA. With the CreatBot DX you buy a great machine for engineering, additive manufacturing and education. Process complex objects for production work, large architectural models, sculpture, jigs and fixtures. It is your choice what to build.

Metal chassis
A 3D printer requires a certain weight to insure stable operations. Therefore, all metal chassis are the best way to go when it comes to 3D printing.
Smart adjustable extruder
CreatBot extruders have an intelligent cooling system, this ensures that the filament is feeding at the optimal temperature all the time. The height adjustable nozzles allow you to align your two nozzles very quick and easy. Perfect when you want to 3D print with support, different material or just two colors. All CreatBots from 3D Prima come with dual extruders as standard.
Automatically shutdown
Your CreatBot DX Plus is equipped with a power management module. When the manufacturing process is finished and there is no action taken within 5 minutes the 3D printer will shut down. Very useful and highly energy efficient. Save energy and money.
Multi-function key pad
CreatBot DX Plus has a multi-function keyboard. This makes for very easy handling and direct access to many of the most used functions, including Z shaft up/down, heating/cooling of hot bed, pause, resume 3D printing, browse the SD card and more.
Gear motors feeder
A gear motor can produce more torque compared to the general stepper motor. This ensures that there is a smooth feeding of the filament always and that retraction is perfect.
Ceramic panel hot bed
On top of a silica heating plate there is a stunning ceramic hot bed which is more expensive then glass. However, it provides a better heating distribution and a more even heat. The ceramic plate is very smooth and provides a very good adhesion.
Metal hot bed tray
An all metal hot bed tray makes for a very stable 3D print platform which in turn improves stability.
Large build volume
The DX boasts with its impressive build volume of 300 x 250 x 300 mm. That large volume is more than enough for most makers. This means that you can generative manufacture your creations in 30 cm height and with a resolution of 0.04 mm.
Filament detection system
If you should run out of filament during the process, don’t worry. This 3D printer will go into pause mode and let you change the filament then you just hit resume, easy!
High temperature 3D prints
The nozzles can operate in temperatures up to 350 ° Celsius. This means that you can use a wide range of different filaments. Furthermore, it provides you with a very stable temperature during additive manufacturing.
Continued manufacturing
If you should have an unexpected power loss the CreatBot DX Plus remembers the last known position, stores it, lowers and retracts the filament. When the power comes back to your CreatBox DX Plus on you can continue to 3D print.
All enclosed build space
On this 3D printer you have a totally enclosed build space which prevents large 3D prints from being cracked or warped.
