The RV-1805-C3 is an ultra-low power Real-Time Clock (RTC) module designed for high efficiency and reliability. This surface-mount device integrates the crystal (XTAL) directly into a hermetically sealed ceramic package eliminating the need for external clock tuning and ensuring accurate timekeeping even in harsh environments.Operating with a maximum timekeeping current of just 0.08 A (80nA) this module is exceptional for battery-powered applications where longevity is critical. It features a standard I2C interface for easy communication and includes a robust set of internal features including a backup battery trickle charger watchdog timer and 256 bytes of user RAM.
